Check Wi-Fi Password

Since you have “forgotten” the network, you will need to put the Wi-Fi password. This will help you find out if you know your home Wi-Fi password.

If you are able to connect to your Wi-Fi network, the password is correct. If you are NOT, please check the Wi-Fi password with your ISP.

Find Wi-Fi Password from your router

If you do NOT remember your Wi-Fi password, you can check on the back of your Wi-Fi router, which usually contains a defautl Wi-Fi password.

Once you have the Wi-Fi checked, please Reset your ismartgate device.
