The device is unreachable at the moment. Possibles causes:

· The ismartgate device may have been turned off.
Be sure that the ismartgate device is powered on.

· The ismartgate device may be disconnected from the Internet.
Make sure your ismartgate device is connected to the internet (the Wi-Fi LED should be solid green)

· The Remote Access feature on ismartgate coud be turned off.
Make sure that the Remote Access feature is enabled in your ismartgate device. Open the ismartgate app in your home network, where the device is installed and go to “configurations” and enable it.
